Position:National Service Manager & Service Engineers

Qualification:B.E & Diploma

Location: Coimbatore & Across India

Work experience:Min. 5 years in the Pump Industry

Job Nature: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manages team members, including technicians, to ensure team objectives and goals are being carried out.
• Troubleshoot, test and analyze complex issues related to pumps
• Repair and maintain pumps & its systems
• Make recommendations regarding upgrades, service and repairs
• Assist with clients over the phone, in the office and in-person off-site
• Work along with technical and sales engineers
• Deliver products on time
• Prepare the daily service report

Required candidate profile:

• Experience in the pump industry is preferable.
• Good Knowledge of Pump industry standards, testing procedures, Safety regulations and product certifications
• Good knowledge in Materials and Grades
• Knowledge in product selection
• Able to work in ERP Software
• Able to handle the customers
• Proficient in MS office.
• Effective communications skills.
• Immediate joining candidate is preferable.
