Job Summary
- Min 8+ years of experience required.

- Analyze Requirements, Perform Technical Analysis, Provide Estimates and Create Demos.
- Manage projects involving mix of Mobile & Web development technologies.
- Perform R&D on new technologies, prepare proof of concepts, Train & develop team in new areas.
- Manage people and perform appraisals. Perform hiring & firing of staff members.
- Report to Senior Managers and Management for projects and team performance.
- Communicate with international clients effectively, sometimes overlapping at nights (India).
- Manage & Grow personal profitability targets.
- Maintain project management system, approve time sheets & staff leaves.
- Prepare management reports, graphs, charts, excel.
- Prior hands on experience in Mobile applications and framework/environment is essential.
- Nice to have experience of Web development.
- Education in Project Management, Computers Science Engineering or Equivalent.
