We are seeking a talented Blockchain Developer to join our team and lead the development of innovative blockchain solutions. As a Senior Blockchain Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining blockchain-based applications and systems that provide security and transparency to our clients' operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and develop blockchain applications and decentralized solutions.
  • Architect and write clean, secure, and efficient blockchain code using industry best practices, ensuring the integrity and scalability of the blockchain network.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex blockchain software issues, identifying and implementing solutions to enhance system security and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies, cryptographic techniques, and industry trends to ensure our blockchain systems remain at the forefront of innovation.
  • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality blockchain applications that align with business goals and regulatory compliance.

    • Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. An advanced degree in blockchain technology or cryptography is a plus.
  • Proven experience in blockchain development with expertise in blockchain platforms and frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solidity, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain protocols.
  • In-depth knowledge of decentralized applications (DApps), smart contracts, and consensus algorithms.
  • Familiarity with blockchain testing and security auditing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Time-management skills to handle multiple blockchain projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to the evolving blockchain technology landscape and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with tokenization and digital asset management is a plus.
