Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities KPIs:
1. Responsible for topline & bottom line growth of the category
2. Understand and analyze the total market potential for the category, price trends and create category strategies aroundit for SML ( Short | Medium & Long)
3. Implementing pricing strategy based on market potential, consumer insights, competitionfeedback. Develop a robust price discovery mechanism.
4. Onboarding new supplier | brands | marka as per demand from the market, establishing assortment( regional as per localrequirement)
5. Ensuring agreed category fill rate@ WH
6. Building strategies around increasing revenues and support customer base for the category7. Managing slow and aging inventory@ Category
