Job Summary
Position: Station ManagerLocation : Mira BhayandarLast Mile ECommerce Experience MANDATORY
Qualification: PG /Graduate
Role Station Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth overall hub operations as per operational standards. He will be someone very alert and with a keen eye for details so nothing that enters or leaves the hub misses him. In this role he will need to be very well organized to allot regular shifts and to have error free MIS reports. He will also be responsible for coordinating and implementing of new initiatives at his station.
Responsibilities:
Responsbile for driving & achieving the performance metrics
Daily & weekly resource planning (Manpower, vehicles etc) based on planned loads
Leave calendar & weekly off planning & implementation
Ensure process compliance & correct deviation from any process
Soft skills Training & on-job retraining of staff & resources
Responsible for achieving the cost parameter metrics
Adminstrative responsibility of the node - upkeep, maintenance & ensuring that node is in clean condition
Ensuring that node is completely compliant with social auditory compliance requirements
Follow up for monthly invoices from vendors, invoice reconciliation, submission & payment follow up
Device control mechanisms, plan & implement alternate course of actions in case of exigencies.
Enforce discipline

Strong communication skill
Crisis management
Skilled in handling logistics operations
Good relationship management skills with small time service partners.
Ability to understand dynamics of supply chain and aptitude to learn software requirements related to the industry
Candidate should be aware of Information Security procedures and processes
