Hiring for Team Lead - Central OperationsEcommerce Experience ONLYLocation : PuneDescriptionTeam Management Should own up a team of Executives assigned for respective Stations and Lead itAccountability Losses - Shipment, Cash, Assets and others
Ensure zero non recoverable losses for any reason i.e. shipment loss, asset loss or cash lossEnsure zero Critical Ageing - No shipment should lie at station after 6 days of receive;Ensure zero SCMS miss - All shipment should be returned with proper label and should be present in manifest file;Loss Recovery - All losses attributable to partners should be recovered from them in that months invoicing cycle;Zero cash defect - All COD should be deposited to client within stipulated time;Reporting high value YMS and ILHS shortage within 2 hoursAnswer Me Clearance + Concession Request ClearanceStation Closure - Shipment and CashAll cash should be reconciled Cash slips should be validated Daily - Audited Weekly / Monthly - Should be 0 defect -Alaam Proactively RaisedZero or explained shipment or cash defects on all 365 daysRabbit ID created within TATRabbit ID should be created within 48 hours of requestCM raised within TAT / Niva runCM should be raised within 2 hours of requestClient queries/escalations responded within defined timelineClient queries/escalations responded within defined timelineZero stock out of consumables at Amazon stationsZero stock out of consumables at Amazon stations
