Job Summary

A. Drive Sales force & Trade efficiency through one way of Market Working

1. Monitoring Sales Executive Market working norms-Visit frequency/ Order Efficiency

& raising bar as per Business Requirement. 2. Ensure 100% deployment, usage and compliance of all sales force automation tools across sales hierarchy (Outlet onboarding viz. Geo Tagging & Outlet Sales Pitch)

B. Building Sales Organization Capability

1. Deliver training/refresher as per defined norms with business objectives delivery for

Sales Executive/frontline team. 2. Emphasis on applied learning through personalized OJT (On Job Training) coaching

during market work. (will be done by SEM and his/her off roll team) 3. Focused on development areas identified in the classroom training modules resulting in measurable output, that can be tracked through the app Minimum 25% increment post training launch on identified KPIs. 4. Drive City Manager/Sales Lead capability program and ensure learnings translate to

market behaviour and can be measured at the market- place.

C. Building Strong & Focussed Sales Team.

1. Maximise monthly incentive earning by leading the SIP/Incentive program for Sales

team, flash weekly updates, month incentive projection. Identify weak performers and guide them to meet threshold earnings. Drive focus to ensure minimum 90% of Field force earn 100% incentive. 2. Create excitement and energy by designing and launching R&R programs across
