About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive client acquisition and retention, manage sales pipelines, and build long-term customer relationships in the IT industry. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and expertise in CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct thorough market research to identify and generate new sales leads using online platforms, industry events, and referrals.
  • Client Outreach & Engagement: Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to build relationships, provide updates, and explore upsell opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy & Goal Achievement: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate contracts, close deals, and monitor sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Quotes & Proposal Management: Work closely with technical teams to prepare customized quotes and proposals tailored to client requirements, effectively presenting value propositions.
  • CRM Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities, and analyze customer trends using CRM software to enhance customer relationship management.
  • Product Demonstrations: Coordinate with technical teams to conduct tailored demos of IT products and solutions, addressing client-specific needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Process Oversight: Manage the entire sales process using relevant software tools and participate in daily, weekly, and annual sales meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT sales, account management, or client relationship roles, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close sales deals.
  • Solid understanding of IT products, services, and current industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage client data and sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
