1. Minimum 2 year of relevant experience working full time in RPA Administration, with overall 6+ years IT experience

2. Experience in RPA platform administration that covers technical acumen, time management skills and a passion for learning new tools

3. Experience in the administration of Automation Anywhere(A2019), Blueprism, WinAutomation, Power automate

4. Experience in Windows Server, SQL Server, PowerShell script, Shell Script

5. Deep understanding of architecture concepts for at least one of the RPA platforms

6. Experience in the platform upgrade process and bot migrations

7. Support Monitoring of the RPA BOTs and platform on AWS Cloud.

8. Monitor the infrastructure -control room, web servers and related services.

9. Experience in managing servers on cloud AWS (preferred), Azure, Google

10. Works with RPA product team and troubleshoots platform level issues.

11. Works with internal IT teams to resolve issues on the infrastructure.

12. Assists the BOT support team to monitor bot runs and resolve production issues.

13. Monitor tickets assigned in the service now and take actions timely.

14. Experience in release management activities, code version control for bots

15. Understanding of Dev-ops processes and knowledge in Bitbucket, Jenkins, Service now, Jira
