  • Total 12+ years Software Industry experience.
  • 4+ years of technical team management experience. People Management, Performance Management, Recruitment, team building, technical competence development etc
  • 8+ years of hands on Application Software Development experience on Windows, Linux , Integrity, QNX, Android, iOS with Java/Kotlin/C/C++/Python etc.
  • Domain expertise in Car IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment), Instrumentation Cluster, HUD (Head up Display) development, Connected Cars
  • 4+ years of Presales experience Actively participate in Proposals preparation, initial Customer interaction, demos. Help sales team to win new business.
  • 4+ years of Software project management experience. Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent communication & Excellent client interaction skills
  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to handle multiple project management assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project and Excel skills a plus
Secondary Skills:
  • Scrum Master Certification / PMP certification would be an advantage
  • Experience in Project Management which includes hardware development would be added advantage.
