Job Summary

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for leading a team and carryingout Oracle implementations/upgrades based on business requirements in the areaof Oracle Financials and Project Accounting.Tasks would include solution designing and facilitating configurations,unit testing, interface testing, creation and maintenance of process flowdocumentation and assistance with customer site installation and trainingProcess.

Required Skills and Experience:

15+years of experience in implementation and support of Oracle EBS on Financial suite

Expertlevel knowledge in Oracle FinancialSetups , Module configuration and Business impact , Business Process Re-engineering, Solution Design and Business Process mapping

ExpertKnowledge in Sub Ledger in details, derivation rules and its impacts

Abilityto Implement ( end to end ) /Support finance Modules like GL,AP,AR,FA,SLA &IEXP, Oracle Credit Management along with Global Localizations

Expertlevel of knowledge of Financial transaction flow and Business processes Custom and standard Both

Possessgood technical expertise in writing SQL queries, debugging PL/SQL code

Broadunderstanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple businessprocesses or technology designs within a product/technology family whichenables to be in advisory position in Global environment

ExpertKnowledge in Global Financial Localizations, Tax Regime across the Globeimpacting Financials

Abilityto Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment,in order to support/ implement Oracle products and technology to meet customerneeds

Demonstratesexpertise to deliver functional and technical Global solutions on complex customer engagements

Abilityto lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to developskills of team members

Translatescomplex business and design requirements into technical requirements

Directsand owns process/system changes and reviews process changes toensureimproved productivity

Determinesopportunities to redesign business processes that will optimize better businessresults

Strongexpertise and ability to dissect multiple, complex and dynamic information,interpret and recommend alternative courses of action, and implementintervention strategies to attain performance targets
