Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Urgent Requirement for Helpdesk Desktop Support Engineer [L1 & L2].
  • Candidate must have Troubleshooting knowledge in Desktops, Laptops with Software.
  • Should have good experience with Applications like Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience on Networking like WiFi, VPN.
  • Candidate must have good experience in dealing withUS/UKend consumers for remote helpdesk desktop support jobs.

Process:Remote Audio/Voice only using Microsoft Teams app.
Required Soft Skills: Fluent Spoken English skills (mandatory).

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Candidate must have fluent Spoken English skills.
  • Candidate should have Infrastructure for Work From Home (until Covid19)
  • Excellent internet connection , own good-condition Laptop,quiet room to work.
