Job Summary

Job Description - Front Desk & Client support team is responsible for providing voice support to each practice's front office staff, communicating with patients and Insurance companies to resolve issues & follow up on pending matters. Frequently interact with the senior leadership team in the U.S. Requirements and skills Strong English verbal communication skills along with active listening Soft-spoken personality Attention to detail & coordination skills Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively Previous experience in a Voice process/BPO role Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
