Job Summary

To provide effective Phonetics, English Language, Culture and Customer Service training to the delegates and monitor consistency of this training. To personally deliver and inspire others to deliver high quality customer driven service that provides a positive view of the bank and creates confidence and loyalty

Minimum Requirements

Graduate, with qualifictaion in Language training preferred. 2-4 years experience minimum required in voice and accent training, preferably in a BPO set up.Candidates willing to relocate to Kolkatta can apply as well.Please forward your CV in word format since it is an urgent position
