Legal Executive Job in Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Private Limited

1. Legal support to the corporate functions on identification, management and mitigation of foreseeable and potential risks arising from incident(s) pertaining to the organisation, brand, employees, assets and clients.
2. Provide legal support in managing enquiries, investigations and visits by law enforcement agencies in relation to organisation or its employees.
3. Legal review and advisory support on issues/incidents related to day-today business operations including employee relations and client matters.
4. Attending and taking care of all legal matters / cases of the Parent and group Companies and overall control on the legal issues of the Organisation.
5. Overseeing the Intellectual properties and administering the Registration and protection of IP assets.
6. Representing the Organisation before Judicial, semi judicial, other authorities in relation to the legal matters.
7. Collaborating with various internal stakeholders including compliance; accounts; HR; taxation; controller ship to resolve the legal issues.
8. Role requires working on process improvements, enhancements using technology, based on the learnings and requirements from stakeholders. 9. Monitoring, control, reporting of the overall legal matters of the parent and group companies.
10. The role is expected to work closely with the Management.
