1. Experience on Monitoring production process & Machines
2. Good Communication Skills & Presentation skills
3. Good Leadership qualities & Organizational skills
4. Candidate should handle 150 Manpower in a shift
5. Exposer on IMS,(QMS,EMS&OHSAS)
6. To achieve the production targets & minimise the rejection
7. Sound knowledge on 5S, Kaizan concepts
8. Union employees handle experience value addition to the Profile
