Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities



1. Recruitment

  • Must have working experience in US Staffing HR recruitment process
  • Coordination and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
  • Good communication skill
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans
  • Efficiently and effectively fill organization internal open positions
  • Recruitment (Sourcing, screening, On boarding)
  • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
  • Assist management in hiring, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.

2. HR Administration

  • Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
  • Processing monthly attendance musters for employees.
  • Handling payroll
  • Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the

organization at all levels.

  • Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, issue letters, etc.
  • Preparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.
  • Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
  • Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment

letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, showcase notice, experience/service

certificate, relieving letter, etc.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Managing the Celebrations and events - Diwali, Ganpati Festival, and other company events
  • Developing employee engagement programs .
