Responsibilities:
Create dynamicRubyonRailsand AngularJS web and mobile applications.
Programming inRubywithRubyonRails, JavaScript (using AngularJS) for the application and writing corresponding test code (RSpec/Cucumber/Spinach)
Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
Design robust, scalable and secure features
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards)
Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design
Skills:
Must have experience of at least 1 year with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as RSpec and Resque.
Good understanding of the syntax ofRubyand its nuances.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Liquid, Slim, etc depending on your technology stack.
Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Sass, based on project requirements.
A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code.
