Job Summary

Emtec seeks a Lead / Senior Functional Consultant - Cloud SCM, who thinks outside the box and can push the limits. We're looking for someone who can understand the business requirement and other specifications, is passionate about providing the best solution to meet the client's needs and anticipates their future needs based on an understanding of the market. The Lead Consultant will:

  • Understand the functional requirements
  • Conduct Requirement Gathering/CRP/UAT sessions with client and onsite team
  • Work with the Client and the Onsite teams to configure the system and resolve the issues resulting post implementation
  • Impact analysis and propose solutions for the different business requirement
  • Perform Unit / System Integration testing
  • Good understanding of all the SCM modulesOM, Inventory, Procurement, Costing etc.

Must Have Skills:

  • Minimum experience of 7-15 years in Oracle SCM that includes:
  • Extensive Cloud SCM Functional experience
  • Experience in at least 2 Oracle Fusion end to end Implementations
  • Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Fusion SCM modules (primarily) namely Inventory, Procurement, Cost Management
  • Good to have experience on (secondary) Cloud SCM modules Order Management, Manufacturing and Planning Central
  • Subject Matter Expert with the entireOracle SCM ERPmodule and able to design and implement full System interacting with different stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process, and ability to work in a highly complex and integrated Oracle Applications Environment
  • Ability to lead in a hands on capacity on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration and Testing
  • Lead the requirement gathering sessions, CRP and UAT phases in the project
  • Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role
  • Must have knowledge of documentation including BRD, MD50, BR100, Test cases etc. using OUM or any other methodology
  • CA/MBA-Finance/BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc Computers or equivalent

  • Previous experience with:
  • Working in Onshore-Offshore model
  • Preparing quality deliverables
  • Conducting trainings
  • Supporting Project Management Office (PMO)
