Project Manager Job in Enact Eservices
Job Summary
- 3+ years of Project Management experience with strong understanding of software development and delivery methodologies (agile, scrum and waterfall)
- Managing the entire product line life cycle - conceptualization, design, development, Q/A and maintenance.

- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research
- Candidate should possess a strong project management background, should have a well-rounded technical background in current web technologies
- Experience in managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Planning and removing all the bottlenecks in the implementation by ensuring smooth team wide communication channels
- Shall strictly adhere to project timelines and keep the Management and Client informed of any changes in a systematic manner
- Able to establish, explain, drive, and update on project cadences and status to relevant stakeholders
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Qualifications and key skills:
- Bachelors degree, MBA/MS degree is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to make important decisions under pressure
- Team player and time management
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Problem solving skills
- Detail oriented
