Job Summary
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Performing outbound international (USA) telephone calls to the prospective customers to identify & create sales opportunities
  • Outbound sales experience starting from prospecting, lead generation, sales and closing the sale.
  • Self-motivated and performance driven individuals with extensive experience in * Outbound sales experience in from prospecting, lead generation to closing the sales of IT .
  • Receive & Respond appropriately to telephonic & e-mail inquiries
  • US accent desired though not essential
  • Excellent prospecting skills
  • Fair understanding of E-commerce & Web development
  • Expertise in planning & conducting focused telemarketing campaigns
  • Expertise in gathering info for setting up of appointment
  • Should be Good in Qualification of prospects for proposing relevant products and services
  • Preparation of relevant scripts for cold calling(Sales Pitch)
  • Researching of data & Building databases for focused telecalling campaigns
  • Building of strong funnel of opportunities
  • Must have day to day Reporting culture & escalation of issues to the appropriate to avoid loss of opportunity.
  • Should be aggressive, target oriented while chasing & achieving it month on month.
  • Very strong client-interfacing skills, presentation skills, communication skills are a must & should be able to build relationships with clients
  • Should be well versed with the entire sales process
  • Familiarity with technologies like C++,C#,Dot Net, Java, J2EE, Crystal etc
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
  • Should be flexible to work during different time zones
