Dev Ops (aws Cloud Engineer) Job in Encora Digital Inc

Job Profile

• Work closely with Developers to design, develop and deploy large scale web based applications across various AWS Cloud services like ElasticBeanstalk, EC2, S3, AWS Lambda,RDS, CloudSearch etc. while keeping in mind scalability, maintenance and cost. This also includes managing the Cloud Infrastructure using various AWS services, Gitlab and Jenkins
• Implement the provisioning and configuration management of Frontend and Backend applications on various platforms like Nodejs, Java, Docker and Python/Django.
• Implement and own the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Jenkins pipeline using source control management tools like Gitlab/Bitbucket, and code coverage analysis tools like Sonarqube for the applications
• Integrate different modules of web applications in CICD pipeline using groovy scripting
• Build and maintain highly available and scalable Production systems with great observability upon production launch. Therefore, enabling and maintaining Monitoring stacks andalerting using AWS Cloud watch and SNS, Grafana and Site24x7
• Manage the Database migration for Production environments by optimizing the downtime(Operations).
• Provide an on-call support and be an escalation contact for service incidents (Operations).
• Drive troubleshooting and debugging activities of failovers across multiple environments(Operations).
• Working on cost reduction projects of AWS by finding opportunities of rearchitecting applications with minimal resources thereby sustaining its performance (Cloud Services).
• Automate highly manual and/or non-scalable or error prone steps using automation tools such as bash scripting, cron, lambda services, AWS Batch, AWS ECR etc.
