We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Besides having experience in business development, we are expecting you to have strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities :
Developing growth strategies and plans
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Increasing client base
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Have experience in writing business proposals
Negotiating with stakeholders
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Following industry trends locally and internationally
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Requirements
- Experience in leading business development team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software
- Great exposure in business development, sales management, or relevant fields
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
- Degree in B.Tech(CSE)/ MCA/ MSC(IT).
- Experience : 1-6 years
