Job Summary The Service Delivery Manager for Site Management is responsible for managing end-to-end service forthe relevant integrated solutions used by Merck. He is a key member of the Group Applications COEbased in our Technology Center in India. Responsible for governing the day-to-day service executed byour IT external strategic providers, he/she will be the solution delivery manager in charge. By this, hewill ensure new application evolutions are in line with platform standards. With a special focus onintegration to Site Management applications, processes and their integration across systems, he/shewill contribute to state-of-the-art technical project delivery implementations leading the applicationevolutions into successful transformation in productive mode. For this, he/she will closely work with theSite Management solution owners groups based in Germany locations.In this role we see a strong focus on understanding of the Merck Site management solutions, thealignment and consulting of the business during projects and change requests, proactive quality controlof deliverables from external partners and the transition of new solutions to the application supportteams. Organise Service Review: document, KPIS, send invites, run Service Review prepare minutes.Prepare renewal of SLA in co-ordination with business. Execute Tests for DR for Applications.Coordinate vulnerability report follow-up for the Business Service/apps in scope. Coordinate techrefreshes with business and AMS teamWho you areEducation/Professional ExperienceBachelor/Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences and/or Business Administration7-10 years' experience, includinq a min. of 4 years of Service Management5-year experience within an international environmentLanguagesExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Skills & CompetenciesITIL certification is a mustAbility to interact with multiple stakeholders, coordinate actions and act autonomouslyEase of working in matrix environment and "own" end to end solution deliveryAbility to bridge user requirements from non-technical partners into IT deliveriesStronq interpersonal and organizational skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsCan lead Application Support team to success.._ Aaretandina of develonment principles.
