Role and Responsibilities:As a Test Manager at Engeniuspark Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the overall test strategy for regression and releases
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Measuring and monitoring test quality through effective metrics
  • Training and championing testing methodologies and processes
  • Implementing test automation tools and procedures

Candidate Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
  • Prior hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA (any module) is preferred
  • Strong background in automation testing tools and solutions for large-scale projects
  • Ability to coordinate and lead globally distributed teams
  • Experience with manual and automated testing
  • Experience in working in Agile and DevOps environments

Required Skills:The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
  • Proficiency in automation testing tools
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
