EngineerBabu is looking out for a UI/UX Designer, responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphics elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we d like to see you.
Ultimately, you ll create both functional and appealing features that address our needs and help us grow our customer base.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
Design new products - You ll be responsible for iterating on prototypes and crafting elegant visual design on the product. You ll focus on intuitive interactions, making sure you stay updated with current emerging UI and digital behavior trends design innovations
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Job Skills:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
