Job Summary
  • Experience managing, supporting Server infrastructures along with monitoring operations
  • Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events or issues
  • Experience on Linux Server Management
  • Working experience on Cloud Environment (Azure/AWS).
    • AWS: VPC, EC2, Load balancers, Auto scaling, S3, Lambda, CFT, CloudWatch
    • Azure: VMs, Vnet, Resource groups, Storage accounts, Scale set, Load Balancer & Traffic Manager
  • Knowledge on Web servers, DNS, Cloud Services (on AWS/Azure)
  • Knowledge on Windows server update services and other Industry standard Patch Management software s
  • Knowledge on monitoring tools like Zabbix, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Nagios etc.
  • Database knowledge would be added advantage
  • Knowledge on Ticketing tools like JIRA etc.
  • Knowledge on Backup and Recovery software tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision
  • Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively
  • Ability to work on flexible schedule (rotational including full-night-shift) under 24 7 roster plan and tracking against SLAs for different operations
  • Ability to talk on issues reported by any stakeholder
  • Any Graduate
