1 HR Executive / Rajkot Fresher to 1 years Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment cycle
Day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Administering new employment assessments
Payroll and attendance management
Coordinate training and development initiatives for all employees
Excellent communication and people skills
Organizing important events for the organization
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
knowledge of labor legislation
Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
Design compensation and benefits packages
