Responsibilities

As a Consultant in Enquero s Enterprise Applications unit, you will analyze business processes, pain points, as-is system functionalities to provide recommendations on addressing business challenges. You will analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate, and provide suggestions to improve existing system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.

You are expected to analyze and recommend commercially available software and/or open source technology solutions based on business need. You are expected to develop a deep understanding of the functional processes and underlying technology options. Your demonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while continuing to improve your knowledge and skills will define success for your role.

  • Work with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams to improve, define and manage new business processes and help develop overall technology solution design.
  • Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can readily be obtained.
  • Assess existing processes and make improvement recommendations based on customer experience, cycle time and risk/reward analysis.
  • Assess and define business problems, identify options,assemble,and analyze relevant supporting data, and shape recommendations for management approval
  • Coordinate meetings with subject matter experts, document and distribute meeting minutes/process, ensure actions items are completed on time, communicate project status, escalate issues to management as appropriate.
  • Embrace new technologies and document the process and train team members. Work with various tools and technologies to achieve desired functionality. Support teams through all phases of the project including knowledge transition phase.
  • Establish, adopt,communicate,and enforce industry standards,principlesand practices.
  • Be an individual contributor on client engagement teams, working under the supervision of aSenior/LeadConsultant, to develop work productandlead specific project initiatives.
  • Contributing to your BU/Practice by
    • Documenting your learnings from the current work and engaging in the external tech community by writing blogs, contributing inGithub, Stack overflow, meet-ups/conferences etc.
    • Keep updated on the latest technologies with technology trainings and certifications
    • Actively participate inorganization level activities and events related to learning, formaltraining, specialprojectsas assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor s or master s degree
  • Commerce, Accounting
  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance business processes
  • Experience in any ERP on finance modules preferably Oracle EBS/NetSuite
  • Should have done at least one implementation/support/Upgrade/Rollout exposure in R12
  • Strong knowledge in any of the below areas:
    • a. financials
  • Effective document writing skill i.e. Functional design, test approach, test scenario etc.
  • Very Good Communication and Articulation Skills

PREFERRED

  • Bachelor s or Master's Degree
  • Commerce, SCM, Accounting
  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Zeal to quickly learn and adapt to other technologies; self-driven, self-learner.
  • Excellent analytical ability and critical thinking skills.
