We are looking for a Tech Support Admin in India whohave a flair for programming and learning new technologies. Candidate has to work with international clients under time pressure. A go-getter, smart and with an attitude to learn are preferred.

  • Server performance optimization
  • Server load Management
  • CDN setup
  • SSL setup & installation
  • FTP,SSH,FTPS, phpMyAdmin, CLI.
  • WAMP, XAMP
  • Apache NGINX
  • Password Management
  • Basic knowledge of php, Mysql & Wordpress
  • Malware scanning of website using tools
  • Defend website against hacks and DDoS attacks with WAF
  • Email setup and manage - Office365 and GSuite
  • DNS setup and management
  • Website uptime monitoring
  • Website migration
  • Understanding of various protocols (i.e. DNS, DHCP, NTP) and proxies (i.e. web proxies)

Skills (Good to have)
  • Working exp of aws/ azure is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of GIT/SVN/Bitbucket
  • Zoho One, ManageWP, Watchful
  • Atlassian Jira
  • Devops, CI/CD


Experience: 4+years
Qualifications: Any graduate
