  • Responding the clients questions and explaining the company services
  • Follow-up with the clients via email or phone for documents collection
  • Creating a good relationship with the clients and company
  • Understanding the needs of clients and sell the services to them on the basis of their needs
  • Pitching prospects for Company registration, GST Registration e.t.c
  • Inbound/Outbound Calling for digital enquires about CA/CS/Legal services
  • B2B Sales for Company registration
  • Customer Serving.
  • Cold calling for Inbound leads
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Preparing Sales displays.
  • Sharing quotes and proposals.
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
