Job Summary

Profile Collection Executive Location Noida 63 Salary 20k Qualification Undergraduate/ Graduate Experience 6-2 years

• Candidate with minimum 6 months to 10 year Experience incollection/ recovery
• Must experience to handle unsecured loan with legal process knowledge.
• Should have knowledge of theCollectionProcess and Field/ CorporateCollections.
• Managing Hard bucket (Higher bucket) Fieldcollectionexperience would be preferred.
• Track daily micro levelcollections and identify risks.
• Create/ Send dailycollectionreports to the concerned reporting head.
• Resolve service issues of clients by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Preferably a DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified professional
• Skilled with Computers (MS Office, email communication, social media communication),
• Education: Any Graduate in Any Specialisation (Non-Graduate with 6 months experience)
