Responsibilities Responsible to drive the technical design and implementation for our vision of a reliable, performant, and scalable cloud application. Has the ability to rapidly learn and understand the details and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies. Translates functional and technical requirements into technology solutions working with product teams Performs various level of tests which includes unit, integration, regression and system tests Should be able to estimate level of effort required to develop code that meets acceptance criteria. Should have expertise adhering agile methodology for delivering software solutions. Should participate in analysis and design of user interfaces and provides solutions and alternatives Should develop solutions according to specified design requirements such as microservices for reuse across multiple applications Should write optimal and efficient code using best practices and conventions. Should resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation Should be able to work under a dynamic change environment and have the right attitude to learn and implement. Requirements Minimum 7 years of hands-on Software Development experience Proven working experience in Python / Java/ Node JS development Strong Experience in AWS Lambda. Good to have experience in S3, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, ECS. Excellent knowledge of at least one of the NoSQL databases like Dynamo DB , Redis, Aerospike, Cassandra. Proficient in fundamentals of CS such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, design patterns, etc., Familiarity with API management platforms (API Gateway) Experience integrating with third-party applications. Working knowledge of API Tokens, webhooks, web sockets, and other relevant concepts. Experience in Microservices, Serverless applications, Container-based applications Working experience in multithreading and multiprocessing applications. Familiarity with Logging & Monitoring tools like Kibana, NewRelic, DataDog will be plus Knowledge of streaming using any of the Kafka, kinesis, MQ is addon.
