DescriptionResponsibilities:Setup Quality Gates throughout the SDLC to ensure Product is delivered with High QualityConduct Testcase and Code reviews to ensure the quality of Test cases, Test coverage and Automation CodeResponsible for setting up best Testing and Automation PracticesIdentify the right tool and set up the automation framework for UI, API, and MicroservicesGuide and Mentor QA Team on the Testing and Automation Tools, Frameworks and ProcessResponsible for QA metrics and Automation ROIMeasure and Investigate Defect Leakage and provide preventive measuresGuide and Mentor QA Team on the Testing and Automation Tools, Frameworks and ProcessResponsible for providing QA Tech debts and Automation RoadmapsIdentify QA Risk and Mitigation Plans and ensure product delivery as per the release timelineSetup the right tools and process for Performance and Security TestingResponsible for measuring Testing and Automation Efficiency and provide metrics and suggest improvement plansResponsible for grooming the QA team in Testing and Automation aspectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure best practices is adapted across productsConduct knowledge sharing sessionsWork closely with the QA team in identifying the technical gap and groom themRequirements8+ years of experience in automation testingHands-on experience in setting up the Test and Automation ProcessGood knowledge of Software Testing concepts, methodology and MetricsGood Understanding of Web fundamentals (MVC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Server-Side Programming and Database)Good programming skills (Java / Ruby / Python / Node. js / JavaScript)Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and Design PatternsHand on Knowledge of Test Automation approaches, Frameworks and ToolsHands-on experience in UI, API, Microservices, Cross-browser Testing Tools and AutomationHands-on any of performance Testing and Tools (Jmeter / LoadRunner / GatlingHands-on knowledge on Continuous Integration & Continuous DeploymentGood Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills
