Job Summary
Software Skills:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Competency and Provision
- Strong knowledge of lean tools and principles
- Application of lean six sigma for Business process excellence in view of Digital transformation
- Construction & other Operation Research concepts experience and exposure
- Fluent in Lean fundamentals: (e.g.) Lean Principles, Lean Leadership, Lean Tools, Kaizen and Hoshin-Kanri (Deployment Planning)
- Experience in deployment of lean tools like VSM, RCA, JIT (Just in Time), Poka Yoke, etc.
- The incumbent must have a proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives including experience in implementing Lean six sigma & Agile from concept to full scale
- Strong in operating PowerPoint and Excel
