JOB DESCRIPTION
- More of Employee Relations role, so good written skills are a must
- Evaluate present team strength and propose training on new technologies
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Report to management and provide support through HR Conduct, IT training such as Effective One-on-Ones, Performance Management, etc.
Soft Skill
- Support current and future business needs through the engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Stronghold on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word document ) is required
- Open for both Day Shift and Night Shift
