JOB DESCRIPTION

• More of Employee Relations role, so good written skills are a must
• Evaluate present team strength and propose training on new technologies
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Report to management and provide support through HR Conduct, IT training such as Effective One-on-Ones, Performance Management, etc.

Soft Skill

• Support current and future business needs through the engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Stronghold on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word document ) is required
• Open for both Day Shift and Night Shift
