• Softwareengineering fundamentals including design and analysis of computationalalgorithms, data structure design, and implementation, documentation andtesting. (B.S. Computer Science or Equivalent).
• Hands onexperience with relevant technologies and programming languages.
• Understanding ofsoftware engineering processes including development standards, and relatedtools (e.g. MS Project, SCM, defect tracking).
• Fundamentalunderstanding of the perspectives and needs of the customers for supportedproducts and how these products work.
