Key Activities :

• Technical Design of a specific Education Management Product and other projects.
• Work with Product Managers to understand requirements and translate that into Technical Design for existing Products.
• Design and Code Reviews for Product features.
• Should have the ability to do mentoring, training of developers on technical topics
• Should have technical inclination and to grow on Technical path as an individual contributor.

Key Skills :

• Languages and Frameworks/APIs Expertise - Java, Servlets, JSP, UML, Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Good Understanding - HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JPA (or ORM frameworks), SQL, Exposure.
• Java EE Technologies (JMS, JTA, JNDI etc), Spring, Hibernate, Struts or similar web framework Design Expertise.
• OOP Concepts, Use cases, Basic UML diagrams, Identification of Classes/Functions, Translation of Requirements to Design.
• Good Coding Practices, Code Review process, Design Patterns Exposure - Advanced Design Patterns, Design Reviews.
