Experience : Minimum 2 Years of experience as Operations Manager

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate/ Under Graduate/ Post Graduate can apply 6 months relevant experience or Post Graduate can apply

Key Deliverables :

• Deliver the services with defines Service level commitments
• Drive the operation effectively by following & applying the industry best practices
• Drive the escalation management
• Driving process improvements program, initiate & execute improvement & innovation program
• Drive customer service management review as well internal management reviews
• Develop relevant, understandable & achievable monthly/ quarterly/yearly objectives
• Integrate domain knowledge & business understanding to create superior solutions for client
• Ensure the teams are aware of and adhere to company procedures and policies
• Ensure appropriate quality controls and adherence to standards of performance through which services are maintained, whether operational administrative or management activities & staff
• Mentor with team members, other departments & customers on complex issues
• Maintain high morale, satisfied & productive staff
• Single point of contact for client for any escalation, projects & communication
• Should know Basic Technical terms like Attrition, Shrinkage, SLA, Occupancy, Utilization
