• Use of Taxonomy and naming convention to build media plan into implementation softwares
• Implementation and buying from media software
• Issue of IOs
• Scheduling on 3rd party servers
• Implement and communicate creative rotation to respective partners
• Tagging and communication to respective partners
• Monitoring campaign on weekly basis
• Course correction basis weekly studies
• Follow up to ensure correct creative rotation by partners by monitoring and checking screen shots
• Monthly confirmation from partners for invoicing
• Take charge and troubleshoot partner discrepancies and updation on media software
• Sending final IOs to partners
• Client invoicing
• Passing vendor invoices

Qualifications

• A graduate degree
• 5-8Years of total experience in field of Digital advertising
• Conversant with media softwares such as Prisma, Integral Ad Services, Jira, etc
• Growth & Learning mindset
• Ability to collaborate at a micro level with partners and internal teams
• Work with the Delivery Head (India and US) on an ongoing basis
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and great team player.
• Prior experience of working with US market is a plus
