Job Description

You will be part of the Sales Team for India s #1 water and sanitation social enterprise. ERAM Scientific (part of ERAM Group) is poised to expand significantly in the sustainable sanitation space in the next 12-24 months. You will be turbo-charging this growth.

You will be expected to

  • Responsible for entire Sales&Marketingfor your zone for all the categories and verticals as assigned by the company. The verticals would include Government, Corporate (CSR), Smart Cities, Entrepreneur/MSME. Each vertical is at a different stage of maturity and so the effort in sales & marketing would also need to be commensurate.
  • Establish communication networks with the customer, prospective customers and vendors
  • Generate sales partnerships, leads and dealer networks as per the guidance from Sales Head.
  • Liaison with legislative officials, government departments, Corporates & prospective customers.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts at the sales and business level.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business to customers, prospects, well-wishers and partners by coordinating with the S&S team. S&S (Strategy and Solutioning) team in ESS is responsible for overall strategy, new Go-to-Market initiatives and solutions and pre-sales for all the defined verticals
  • Collaborate and communicate successfully with S&S & other departments for closing deals
  • Strategize for the achievement of regional sales target through the zonal team by break down annual targets to half-yearly then quarterly and finally monthly.
  • Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise. Increase morale of regional team during meeting and in batch-wise sessions and maintain discipline and decorum in his team
  • Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check. Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports about sales progress, particular incidents, events, or updates about important issues & prospects for the business
  • Validate feedback and data which is collected from the zone.
  • Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could affect the business operations
  • Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary
  • Act as a positive representation of the business to the internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensures the maintenance of norms and standards of company policy
  • Daily reporting to Eram Global Sales Head
