Job Summary
Conduct training to FLSP on analysers Carry out demonstration on products (instruments, reagents and services) Trouble shoot both reagents and instruments problems Training to customers on our products and services Carry out refresher trainings periodically to Field staff /customers Joint working with filed staff Carry out product promotion activities for reagents, controls Provide technical inputs to sales team Follow the SOP for training protocols Collect training certificate in 1st week Evaluate training conducted with the customers Put efforts to covert demos into orders Giving customers ready reckon during trainings Spend quality time with customers to avoid frequent visits Provide feedback on quality complaints and facilitate for replacements Continuous learning and upgrade on product knowledge and features.
Qualification : B.Sc. / M.Sc. + DMLT
