Job Description : Conduct training to FLSP on analyzers Carry out demonstrations on products (instruments, reagents, and services) Troubleshoot both reagents and instruments problems Training to customers on our products and services Carry out refresher training periodically to Field staff /customers Joint working with field staff Carry out product promotion activities for reagents, controls Provide technical inputs to the sales team Follow the SOP for training protocols Collect training certificate in 1st week Evaluate training conducted with the customers Put efforts to covert demos into orders Giving customers ready reckon during trainings Spend quality time with customers to avoid frequent visits Provide feedback on quality complaints and facilitate for replacements Continuous learning and upgrade on product knowledge and features.
