Divisional Payment Collector Job in Erba Mannheim

Job Description : 1. Generation of debtors outstanding report from EBS , daily follow-ups with Sales Team for all outstanding payments, regular telephone calls to all direct/Key /Govt. customers for matching ledgers eventually resulting in collection of payments. 2. Sending outstanding payment email follow-up/reminder letters to customers to get the payments collected. 3. Co-ordinating with customers, tender and sales team for collection of SD &EMDs. 4. Periodic review of outstanding payment of Instrument, Reagent, RR, TSD, Govt. customers and follow up for its collection by weekly/fortnightly /monthly with respective stake holders. 5. Regular visit at customers place for collection purpose and taking balance confirmation on quarterly/half yearly basis. 6. Follow up with the respective billing team and department head for issuing Credit notes to customers, wherever it required. 7. Providing supporting documents to customers for collecting old payments. 8. Co-ordinating with customers, legal, zone for cheque bounce cases and for its collection. 9. Strategize collection plan of old overdue payments with respective Zonal Managers and Divisional Business Heads for presentation of collection achievement in monthly sales review meetings. 10. Preparing and circulating weekly MIS of all outstanding payments collections with ageing.
