Job Summary
  • Promptly and professionally respond to incoming phone calls, emails and live chat concerning all customer service related inquiries with a goal of providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Accurately process daily entry of orders and perform routine order tracking through our software to ensure timely processing and shipping of customer orders.
  • Process and track customer returns and claims.
  • Follow up on existing issues and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
  • Any additional tasks or duties as assigned.

Qualification :
Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline

0 to 3 Years
