Job Summary
  • Ergodot is seeking highly motivated, achievement-driven sales associates to contribute to our double-digit growth.
  • The person will be responsible for sales & business development assignments by meeting architects, builders, interior designers for project as well as retail business.
  • You will also be responsible to meet key corporate clients in medium to large scale organisations for project business.
  • Generating leads through inbound and outbound marketing programs.
  • Doing cold calling depending upon the business needs.
  • Being on field most of the time with an objective to generate leads and develop strong rapport with key people within and outside the industry.
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master s degree preferred, or equivalent level of experience considered if evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Some knowledge of Herman Miller products / Furniture industry, services, and culture, as well as the ability to distinguish Herman Miller products /services from the competition.
  • Building and maintaining excellent Customer Relationship and satisfaction with Existing and New Clients during and end of projects to generate repeat business.
