Job Summary Key Responsibilities: 1. People Strategy Implementation: Drive the implementation of Ericsson s People Strategy aligned with business objectives. Translate strategic needs into actionable plans and initiatives. 2. People Analytics: Use data analytics to identify trends, measure HR program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. Provide insights for informed decision-making. 3. HR Operations: Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and data management. 4. Legal & Compliance: Partner with Legal & Compliance teams to ensure statutory adherence and minimize risk. Offer guidance on compliance-related matters. 5. Talent Acquisition: Work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and attract top talent. 6. Organizational Development: Foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and manage change initiatives. Co-create solutions and share best practices with teams. 7. Talent & Reward: Influence Diversity & Inclusion programs. Manage compensation benchmarking, pay, and recognition matters to strengthen a performance culture. 8. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and conflict resolution. Conduct investigations and implement performance improvement plans. 9. Governance on Critical People Metrics: Develop systems to monitor key performance indicators for decision-making and continuous improvement. 10. Collaboration & Inclusion: Build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams, fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration. Requirements & Eligibility: Education: Master s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Experience: 5-8 years of HR experience, with expertise in: Talent Acquisition Talent Management Learning & Development Total Rewards Workforce Planning & Analytics Experience managing a span of 750-1000 employees. Telecom or ICT industry experience is preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handling large data sets. Ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations in high-pressure environments. Attributes: Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Qualification :
Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
