The opportunity

Werelooking for Senior Consultant with expertise in Oracle eBS/Fusion Finance functional to join the leadership groupof our Consulting Team. This is afantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental inthe growth of a new service offering.

Your key responsibilities

• Requirements gathering anddocumentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies
• Maintenance and enhancements to existing OracleeBS/Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, AccountsReceivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
• Participate in design reviewsand discussions
• Map client requirementsagainst Oracle eBS/Fusion Financial Modules like General Ledger, AccountsPayables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
• Should be able to interpretfunctional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it fromoffshore
• Assist business user duringCRPs/SITs/UATs
• Prepare quality deliverables
• Prepare test scripts and testcases
• Conduct trainings
• Prepare quality deliverables

• Support Project ManagementOffice (PMO)

• Deliver large/medium Oracle ERP programs, demonstrate expert coreconsulting skills and advancedlevel of ERP knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients
• Strong communication skillsand ability to translate requirements into design documents.
• Must have knowledge ofdocumenting using OUMor any other methodology
• Strong customer handlingskills and ability to lead & mentor team-members
• Able to work under pressureand meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational andtime management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to acquire, absorb,and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
• Ability to work as part of ateam
• Ability to follow well definedrelease management processes
• Ability to multi task andstill stay focused on release priorities
• Must have valid passport.
• Client site work / BusinessTraveling involved

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 6-10 years of relevant experience working in ERP eBS Financials with at least 1 year of experience in Fusion Financials
• Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations in eBS with at least one of the implementations on Fusion Financials
• Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role

Ideally, youll also have

• Maintainingend-to-end accountability and expectations for customer satisfaction andoverall delivery excellence

• Prioritizedeliveries in conjunction with implementation team

• Adopta proactive, logical and organized approach to problem resolution

• The incumbent should be capable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions for Oracle eBS/Fusion.
• Additional knowledge of Public sector implementation and FAH will be an advantage.
• Capable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions
