EY- Consulting -Technology Risk Manager

As part of our EY- ConsultingTechnology Risk team, you will help in Development and deployment of EYmethodologies (related to risk assessment and prioritization, risk responses,and risk management capability assessments), supporting tools and othermaterials. Youll also identify potential business opportunities for Ernst& Young within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate.Similarly, youll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and shareany issues with senior members of the team.

Weprovide services such as financial audit IT integration, third party reporting,IT Risk Consulting, information management & analysis and informationsecurity.

As one of our riskprofessionals, youll work with multinational businesses and public sectororganizations. Youll help them develop an integrated, holistic approach torisk and benefit from their investments in internal controls.

Your keyresponsibilities

Business Development

• Develop and maintaincontact with onshore global teams/clients

• Identify new businessand aid in organization growth strategies

Client Service Delivery

• Provide high qualityclient service, working directly with our clients to understand managementexpectations, evaluate the current risk management environment, and design andimplement solutions to identify, assess and respond to strategic risks andimprove risk management capabilities across their enterprise.

• Managingpredominantly off-shore engagements work directly with EY global teams, endclients, and relevant Big 4 teams globally. Communication, written and verbal,with these teams would be expected. This communication would includeemphasizing the capabilities within the GDS to provide high-qualitydeliverables to support EY Global Offices.

Engagement Management:

• Manage engagementrisk and project economics including planning and budgeting, define deliverablecontent, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at theclient.

• Understand theprocess workflow related to work requests from initiation through completion,understand how workflow is managed within the firm's workflow management tool,understand optimal and required manner in which to document results of workperformed

• Perform IT relatedcontrols testing and evaluation for Information Systems

• Prepare testprocedures based on control requirements and documentation of test resultsbased on testing performed.

• Report controldeficiencies identified, to management and business clients.

Skills andattributes for success

• Hands-on experiencein the multiple areas of IT audits, SOX / ICFR / IFC / SSAE, IT Financial Auditand Business Automated Controls, IT Risk consulting or any other regulatory /compliance audits in a similar role

• Experience indelivering result-oriented solutions to Senior Management and Boards ofDirectors.

• Knowledge of ITSecurity aspects towards key areas like Cloud Computing, Cyber Risks, NetworkSecurity, database management systems, SDLC, IT general controls (ITGC), COBIT,COSO 2013.

• Excellent written andoral communication skills e.g. presentation to top management and reportwriting

• Personal drive andpositive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demandingsituations

• Flexibility to adaptto a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments andlocations

• Excellent written andverbal communication skills

• Experience inmanaging professional service engagement teams

• Certifications ofCISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 preferred

To qualify forthe role, you must have

• B.E/B.Tech (CS/ IT, Electronics, Electronics &Telecommunications,)/MBA/M.Sc. with at least 7+ years of experience

• IT General Controls across platforms (Application,OS, DB) for following areas:

• Change Management

• User Access Management

• Backup and Recovery Management

• Batch Job Management

• Problem/Incident Management

• Business Process cycles (Purchase to Payable; Revenue & Receivables;Inventory; Payroll; Treasury)

• Hands on experience in working or auditing SAP BASIS and business cyclesor Oracle Apps

• Generally accepted audit standards, and Corporate Internal Auditstandards
