Senior Consultant/ Consultant Asset Management

The opportunity
EY is looking for Senior Consultant/ Consultant Asset Management
Your key responsibilities
Identify and design solutions for asset management - in terms of predictive maintenance, OEE improvement, statistical process improvement, etc.
Lead development of Proof of Concepts and GTM collaterals for the Asset Management module in the Smart Factory solution
Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors as required to accelerate the time to market
Sell and deliver smart factory solutions with respect to asset management and strategy
Skills and attributes for success
Machine Maintenance Strategy - Preventive, RCM/RBI, Condition-based maintenance
Machine FMEA, Trouble Shooting, Runoffs, Statistical Process Control
Failure modelling across asset classes. Maintenance scheduling, workflows, and SOPs
Familiar with integrating SAP PM / Oracle EAM / IBM Maximo / other enterprise EAM
Implementation of condition monitoring across multiple asset classes - hands-on experience with sensors, data, analytic models for mechanical and electrical equipment
Evaluating leading vendors of condition monitoring instrumentation and tools
Predictive Analytics on machine monitoring data; Statistical and ML based analysis is a plus.
To qualify for the role you must have
A relevant graduate or post graduate degree
Minimum 3 years of consulting in the area of factory related Asset management systems and processes.
Ideally youll also have
Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
